1. For the NENCER System
System Deployment:
- Step 1: The customer registers an account at NENCER.VN.
- Step 2: The Customer Care team contacts the customer and provides usage documentation.
- Step 3: The customer uses a 7-day trial period.
- Step 4: The customer makes a payment to renew the system.
- Step 5: Technical and operational support is provided to the customer.
- Step 6: A contract is signed and an invoice is issued if required.
2. For Website Design Services
Website Design Implementation:
- Step 1: Identify the customer's needs.
- Step 2: Determine the domain ownership to ensure proper domain registration in accordance with VNNIC procedures.
- Step 3: Sign a contract and have the domain owner confirm on the "Domain Registration Form" in accordance with the correct ownership details.
- Step 4: Proceed with the website design.
- Step 5: Provide the customer with instructions on system management.
- Step 6: Handover management information and obtain final acceptance of the contract.
Note: For domain registration, NENCER registers the domain with the registrar chosen by the customer. For servers, NENCER can either support registration through NENCER or as per the customer's selection.
3. For Custom Software System Development
Custom Software Development Process:
- Step 1: Discuss and receive requirements.
- Step 2: Clarify the requirements.
- Step 3: Analyze the requirements.
- Step 4: Draft initial proposals on paper and negotiate pricing.
- Step 5: Finalize requirements and sign the contract.
- Step 6: Execute the contract.
- Step 7: Deploy the solution and provide user training.
- Step 8: Test the entire system and package the deliverables.
- Step 9: Transfer full control to the customer and complete contract acceptance.
- Step 10: Provide system maintenance for 12 months.
