Shipping Regulations

NENCER users must ensure that all shipments transported by the designated Carrier (ĐTVC) comply with the regulations of Vietnamese Law and the specific rules of the Carrier regarding prohibited items, restricted/conditional shipments, and items banned from air transport. Otherwise, NENCER will not be held responsible if goods are detained, destroyed, not shipped, or shipped with delay. NENCER users will bear full responsibility to compensate NENCER/Carrier and will be held liable under Vietnamese law when shipping items that violate these Regulations and Vietnamese Law.

Regulations for Complaints Regarding Goods and Shipping

For any issues related to the shipment of parcels, NENCER users should contact the relevant department of the Carrier directly.
Please refer to the specific complaint deadlines, methods, and procedures of each Carrier: Viettel Post, VNPost (EMS Package / Parcel Package), Giao hàng nhanh, GrabExpress, and Ahamove.

Compensation

If a parcel is lost or damaged, the Carrier will directly verify, assess, provide a compensation estimate, and proceed with compensation (if applicable).

NENCER’s Responsibilities

  • Ensure stable integration with the Carriers so that NENCER users' order information is transmitted to the Carrier accurately, completely, and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the Carrier to support NENCER users in case of order transmission issues due to technical errors on any party’s part.
  • Guarantee the confidentiality and security of shipment information throughout the period during which NENCER users utilize the Service.

These Terms of Use are effective as of the date they are published on NENCER’s official website. NENCER reserves the right to adjust, modify, or supplement the content as necessary to align with actual operations and/or in accordance with legal regulations by posting the revised/modified/supplementary content on the official website. NENCER users who continue to use the Service after such revisions are deemed to have agreed to comply with the updated terms.

All NENCER users agree to comply with all provisions of the integrated shipping service Terms of Use of the Carrier.
